ECE 207: Christian Religion Education Activities (42 Contact Hours)

Prerequisite:
A. Purpose of the course
The purpose of this course is to provide strong foundation that can help learners acquire necessary skills and attitudes for the development of self and the nation. At the same time enhance the understanding and respect for own and other people’s cultures and their place in the contemporary society.
B. Expected Learning Outcomes
At the end of the course, the student should be able to:
a) Gain insights into the unfolding God’s revelation to human kind.
b) Use the acquired social, spiritual and moral insights to think critically and make appropriate moral decisions.
c) Appreciate and respect their own, and other people’s cultural and Christian beliefs and practices.
d) Acquire the basic principles of Christian living and develop a sense of self-respect and respect for others.
GUIDELINES
1) The course content is organised into ten lectures. Study the lectures in sequence and complete each lecture during the week indicated in the schedule below.
2) Complete and submit the assessment questions for each lecture at the end of the corresponding week for marking.
3) Complete all group assignments in the established groups of ten students.
4) Form each group according to the chronological order of students’ registration numbers.
