Course Title: Introduction to Acting Techniques

Course Description:

This course introduces students to the foundational principles and practical techniques of acting. It aims to develop basic performance skills, including body awareness, voice control, emotional expression, improvisation, and character development. The course prepares students for further study and practice in the performing arts.

 

Learning Outcomes:

Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:

*Understand and apply basic acting techniques in performance. ­  

*Demonstrate effective use of the body and voice in character portrayal. ­

* Engage in improvisation and respond creatively to performance scenarios. ­  

 *Analyze scripts and develop believable characters. ­

*Collaborate with peers in rehearsals and performance settings. ­
